To keep your items looking fresh and new, follow these care guidelines:

• Do not tumble dry
• Iron only if advised, using low heat (110°)
• We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing
• Store your pieces in a dry place, away from humidity. Use plastic hangers to prevent damage or distortion of their fit

For leather pieces:

• Keep your items away from water, heat, direct sunlight, and exposure to oils, lotions, and perfumes

REPAIRS

Grixoa stands behind all the products displayed on our website, and we're happy to address and assist with any manufacturing issues. These requests must be made within the first 15 days of purchase confirmation and are subject to our Return Policy.

If your item is damaged due to wear and tear, accidents, or other damages caused by you or someone else, please email us, and we'll assess the cost of repair. All repairs are subject to shipping charges, and we reserve the right to refuse services.
